I started in music, radio, and film, then walked into real estate in 2020 with no network and built it into a business. Along the way I learned the part I love most isn't the deal, it's the system behind it: the brand, the workflow, the training that lets something run without me standing over it.
Today I run my own independent real estate team, advise founders, and teach business owners how to actually put AI to work. Digital media is the throughline, and building people is the constant.
Where I've built.
- Built the business from the ground up: branding systems, automations, and team structure designed to run without me standing over them.
- Building a custom internal dashboard that unifies commission, pipeline, and activity data alongside the team's resources.
- Lead agent development, marketing, client experience, and AI integration across the team.
- Designed a call intelligence system across Notion and Claude that turns recorded conversations into coaching notes, content, and a searchable knowledge base.
- Built the coaching program from the ground up: curriculum, class schedule, one-on-one structure, video series, and digital resource groups.
- Mentored up to 40 agents at a time in a program that produced at the highest rate and held the highest participation rate in office history, with a 76% retention rate once agents passed the threshold required to stay in.
- Trained agents across the broader office through the assistant leadership council.
- Create and teach AI courses on Claude, showing professionals how to implement systems and put it to work in real operations.
- Design and sell digital products and courses built for agents and small business owners.
